Summer
It is summer in the territory of the Coastal Shores Pack. Usually in this season, prey is plentiful, the territory is granted several days of rare sunshine and heat, and the wolves are managing well. However, it can also bring the threat of rejuvenated predators such as bears.
Weather
RAIN STORM
Heavy drops of water are pouring all over the Coastal Shores territory. Black clouds and blinding rain keep most wolves in the den, waiting for it to stop.

Emrys' Cross Stitched Things

. So, after about 9 years of not being bothered about it, I recently started cross stitching again. I have almost finished my first project, so here it is. It's a bookmark based on one of the house sigils from A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones series. It isn't quite finished (I ran out of yellow thread and need to find more that is a similar colour), but it'll be finished very soon. I'll be making more similar bookmarks, and hopefully some other things, very soon. The patterns I used are by black-lupin on deviantART, and can be found here http://black-lupin.deviantart.com/art/Game-of-Thrones-Bookmarks-Cross-Stitch-Patterns-285861127 and here http://black-lupin.deviantart.com/art/Game-of-Thrones-Bookmarks-Cross-Stitch-Patterns-2-299951560. ^_^ Looks great so far! I'll have to see the patterns now. Cross stitch is a really cool hobby. I actually just started teaching myself to knit, and love the sense of calm I get while working (just not the finger bruises, which I've been dealing with today after working like a fiend yesterday on some swatches I'm practicing on.)
And hooray for game of thrones! I tore through all but the most recent book in a couple of weeks, and have since taken a break to rest my brain. ^_^ Keep up the good work!

Thank you, Kivuli and Hermia . I agree Kivuli, I love cross stitching in the evening to relax. I'm not very good at knitting, but I enjoy this. As for the books, I'm currently reading A Storm of Swords, I'm about halfway through. I've seen the first series of the show as well.
And here's the Baratheon bookmark finished. The yellow isn't quite the same, but it's not all that noticeable.
And I've made a start on the Tully one. I'm not 100% happy with the colours, but once I've done the background it should be okay.
I've also just started the Arryn one, and the Targaryen one for a friend.
